Annual Service Agreement

This is an agreement between Thomas Irrigation, Inc., and (client) listed below(please fill form) is valid for one irrigation season starting April 1, 2011 thru December 31, 2011. Thomas Irrigation, Inc. agrees that this service agreement will consist of all labor for the following services:

A. Annual Spring Start-Up:

1. Program the auto matic controller for proper water operation.
2. Replace the automatic controller back-up memory battery if necessary.
3. Inspect for leaks on the inside sprinkler plumbing as well as outside.
4. Check performanceof all valves.
5. Cut grass from around each sprinkler head and check for proper coverage.
6. Check rain sensors for effective operation, if necessary.
7. Cut around valve boxes that are located in grass area.
8. Make any necessary repairs to system.

B. Annual Winterization:

1. Clear all irrigation lines(blow-out with air compressor).
2. Check for leaks or broken lines that need to be repaired in spring.
3. Deactivate irrigation controller.

This service agreement also provides you with the following additional benifits:

1. Priority service visits within a 48 hour period.
2. Priority scheduling for new projects. Including: additional lines, new controllers, valves, rotarys, sprays, or rain sensors.
3. 15% discounts on materials.

Zones

1-12 Zones $150.00 1-12 Zones with Backflow Testing $195.00 13-18 Zones $175.00 13-18 Zones with Backflow Testing $220.00 19+ Zones $250.00 19 + Zones with Backflow Testing $295.00

By making payment you agree to the costs of this service agreement. You give Thomas Irrigation, Inc. full authorization to provide the contract services.
